I bought this for my feet which are quite dry. The mint definitely has a cooling affect, and my intention has been to use this foot lotion to soothe feet which are swollen from the heat and from standing up at work most of the day.  But I had a headache from my sinuses and rubbed some of this on my head, avoiding the eyes. the peppermint worked wonders!

If I use this cream every time I shower, my feet don't crack or peel. It even slows down the development of calluses. Smells wonderful.
